Such a fantastic shop. The staff are knowledgeable about each item which is impressive as the selection of unique pieces is vast! … I can’t recommend this place enough.

Nothing is too much trouble for Tim, he is infinitely patient as was clearly demonstrated when I was rather slow to make up my mind as to what exactly I was wanting! The ring I have just collected is more than just a ring, it is an heirloom that is full of memories and special meaning.

Cannot rate the customer service or quality of their jewellery highly enough! After having bespoke engagement and wedding rings made by Timothy Roe; there was only one place I could go to get an eternity ring. I sourced a pink diamond for the centre diamond, which Tim accommodated and was instrumental in ensuring I found the right pink diamond, the ring was just perfect. I have recommended Timothy Roe to everyone I know. They never fail to create anything short of sensational.

They made our wedding rings and mine was made bespoke to fit round my engagement ring. Dan especially was so helpful and the shop has such a nice atmosphere. We would definitely recommend.

I purchased a beautiful five diamond Georgian necklace and worked with Tim virtually as I don’t live near the jewellers. The service was excellent and thoughtful when I asked for changes to the gold chain. Nothing was too much trouble and the overall experience seamless. Not only did they do beautiful work on the ring, but they were so gracious and generous in discussing designs with us and making sure we understood all of the options. Such fine service, excellent craft and perfect product. We were so elated with both our custom wedding rings and some bespoke work to my now wife’s engagement ring. Tim and his staff are all superb at what they do and I personally would like to thank them for every last tiny detail for us. We were made to feel more than just a number.

I had a custom silver necklace made for my wife of the name of our daughter. Chris made a custom font with my input, designed the pendant, and suggested different types of chain so as to suit my needs. The final piece was exactly what i had had in mind and of a very high quality. I will definitely go to Timothy Roe for any other jewellery in the future.

What a wonderful family-run company that truly cares about providing great service. I was given expert guidance from Grace on my visit to help me make my purchase. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the gems and metals I could choose from and took time to understand what I was looking for and how this could be achieved. The variety of products is very good and the price fair too.

Despite living in London we decided to head to Chichester as the response from Timothy Roe jewellers to our original enquiry immediately gave us a sense of confidence in their abilities and service. This was not misplaced as throughout the consultation and design process Chris acted as a genuinely invested partner, providing guidance or opinions when needed without pressure or judgement and always respecting our vision. Each time we visited he always had time for us and we never felt rushed, even during the multiple minor design adjustments. There was clear communication throughout and we really appreciated the CAD renderings of different angles which helped bring to life our quite complicated ideas before manufacturing even began. And of course we are both extremely happy with the final product, exactly what we wanted.

I found Timothy Roe online when looking for a jeweller that could make me something a little bit different for my engagement ring. The teal sapphires on the website convinced me to drive down to Chichester and see them in real life. Tim and the team were brilliant, so welcoming and relaxed, I was put immediately at ease in the beautiful surroundings. Tim listened to my preferences and then advised on what would work best. He then sourced me an absolutely stunning stone and we designed the ring together, based around its size and how much budget it left me for diamonds! I could not have asked for a better experience, it was a pleasure from start to finish and I’m excited to come back now and create a wedding ring to fit right next to it.
